These Terms of Service govern your use of the Heyday Focus Chrome Extension and the website heydayfocus.com. By installing the extension, creating an account, or accessing the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Heyday Focus is a browser extension designed to help reduce digital distractions by modifying or blocking access to selected websites. The accompanying website provides information, analytics, and account management functionality.
The service may evolve over time through updates, new features, and improvements.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Heyday Focus. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Some features of the extension require signing in with Google OAuth.
By creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
HeyDay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or other users.
You may use Heyday Focus only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have written authorization from HeyDay.
You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the extension or website
• Bypass or interfere with security or access controls
• Use the service to monitor another person without their consent
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the service infrastructure
User content includes your schedules, site lists, impact settings, and related preferences.
You retain all rights to your user content. By using the extension, you grant HeyDay a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate and improve the service.
We do not claim ownership of your data.

The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
The extension may update automatically through the Chrome Web Store. Updates may include bug fixes, enhancements, or new features.
By using the service, you consent to receive these updates.
Heyday Focus integrates with third-party services such as Google OAuth and Supabase. You acknowledge that use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
HeyDay is not responsible for actions or failures of third-party providers.
All intellectual property related to Heyday Focus, including the extension, website, design, logos, and branding, belong to HeyDay. These items are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may not use HeyDay’s intellectual property without written permission.
Heyday Focus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
• uninterrupted or error-free operation
• removal of all distractions
• accuracy of analytics or impact tracking
• compatibility with all devices or browsers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyDay disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyDay will not be liable for:
• any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• loss of data, revenue, or productivity
• damages arising from use or inability to use the service
• actions taken based on information provided by the extension or website
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the service, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeyDay from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
HeyDay may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, if:
• you violate these Terms
• your actions endanger the security or integrity of the service
• required by law
You may stop using the extension or uninstall it at any time.
Termination does not affect provisions that are intended to survive, such as intellectual property rights and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, unless applicable laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in Ontario unless otherwise required by law.

Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
