New Features

Simplify for TikTok

‍TikTok joins the simplify family. You can now hide the For You feed and sidebar navigation links (Explore, Following, Friends, LIVE) with independent toggles. Visit TikTok to check your messages without getting sucked in.

Set Site Limits from the Toolbar

‍You can now configure time and visit limits directly from the popup's "Impact this Site" modal. No more opening Options just to set a limit.

Getting Started Tab

‍New users now have a dedicated Getting Started tab in Options that tracks three onboarding milestones (Choose Sites, Choose Impacts, Set Schedule) based on your actual actions. Includes a progress bar, a video walkthrough, and a Restart Onboarding Tour button that replays the welcome flow without resetting anything you've set up.

Redesigned Toolbar

‍The toolbar has been redesigned to be cleaner and easier to use.

Improvements and Bug Fixes

• The block overlay and limit-exceeded overlay now render inside a Shadow DOM, which means host-page styles can no longer interfere with how they look.
• The limit-exceeded overlay also swaps the old orange gradient for a calmer background image.
• The Impact Selection Modal is more compact with tighter padding and disables close while saving.
• Limit config now reloads correctly when switching between domains while the modal is open, and stale duplicate limit configs are cleaned up on save.
